I am always on the hunt for new products and innovations – especially in furniture, lighting and accessories. Recently a few Mexican artists have caught my eye and I wanted to share some of these fabulous products.
Ania Wolowska of ITZ out of Bacalar, Mexico produces furniture with a modern, European sensibility, combined with local hardwoods and traditional craftsmanship.
Malte Taller out of Mexico City, takes traditional pewter kitchen utensils and enamels them with black and silver designs inspired by native Mexican patterns. These playful cups would be perfect on display with open shelving…
And how great are these spoons?
Thanks Denise, I love the Malte Taller pieces – my kitchen needs these!
